We use the information you provide about yourself when processing a tour reservation or final payment, and when responding to your request for information about our company, our tours, etc. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to process your reservation. For example, your credit card information is submitted to our credit card processing service over a secure internet connection or over the phone.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive and to notify you of special offers. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Your medical history is used by our guides to assess the likelihood and potential severity of medical emergencies due to pre-existing conditions, and to facilitate treatment and emergency evacuation should this be necessary while participating in one of our tours.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online or on paper forms in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
